The Brech Mountain House is a gorgeous 100-year-old hunting cabin nestled in the woods for complete privacy.

This beautiful home and living piece of history has been 

part of our family for generations and remains a place meant for gathering, slowing down and reconnecting.

 

For those escaping the city for a few days, Brech Mountain House offers the best of both worlds - the quiet and privacy of the countryside with easy access to some of the Hudson Valley's most loved destinations. Spend your days hiking and exploring the Shawangunks, Minnewaska and Mohonk, wandering through New Paltz, Gardiner, and nearby towns, visiting wineries and orchards, or simply staying right here.

Back at the house, wander down to Beaver Creek, relax in the hammock, enjoy the sunrise from the deck, soak beneath the stars in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit under the café lights. Old oak, pine, apple, cherry and maple trees surround the property, where deer, hawks, wild turkeys and other wildlife are frequent visitors.
